TIB Names Joe Collins; Jane Spiller To Mortgage Team

TIB has announced the election of Joe Collins as Vice President/Production Servicing Manager, and Jane Spiller as Vice President/Marketing Representative for TIB Mortgage Company.
“We are extremely fortunate to be adding two experienced and quality mortgage officers to our staff,” noted Executive Vice President, David Linaburg. “While the specter of the subprime crisis looms large for many providers, TIB has seen a growing trend of prospective home-buyers returning to their community banks. So, as many other providers are downsizing, we are seeing significant growth. Both Joe and Jane will be instrumental in helping us to maintain and even further elevate our service to the community banking industry.”
Collins earned a B.S. from Oklahoma State University. He is a member and past President of the Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association, as well as having served as a board member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers. He has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. With his extensive mortgage banking knowledge, along with being a proven sales team leader and his ability to exceed customer expectations, he will be an asset to TIB Mortgage Company.
Spiller’s 20-plus years of experience spans the mortgage industry as a former business owner, Senior Loan Officer and Regional Manager for several local mortgage firms in the Dallas area. She attended North Texas State University. Spiller will focus her attention on mortgage business development and expansion to TIB’s customer base and prospective accounts.
