TIB Promotes Deborah Nelson to SVP

TIB-The Independent BankersBank announced the promotion of Deborah L. Nelson to Senior Vice President of Correspondent Relations today at the bank’s monthly Board Meeting.
A California native and graduate of Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria, California, Nelson was the first California-based officer hired by TIB. She joined the bank in October of 2002 as AVP/Correspondent Marketing and Sales, subsequently rising to Vice President three years later. With over 25 years of banking experience, she has played a pivotal role in TIB’s rapid and substantial growth in the California/West Coast market. Today, TIB serves more than 200 customer banks throughout the state of California.
