Escrow Services

We provide a standardized escrow agreement along with daily account information delivered on a timely basis, via secure e-mail, once your escrow account is established.

Lending Assistance

Our seasoned lenders can provide you with assistance on Organizational Loans that is unmatched. Whatever your lending needs, chances are we can assist. In addition, TIB may be able to warehouse quality credits on your behalf, while your bank is in organization.

Fed Funds

De Novo banks receive Premium Pricing on Fed Funds sold to TIB during your first year of operation. This applies to Fed Funds sold to TIB as both Principal and Agent.

Electronic Banking

TIBLink is your hub for communication with virtually every department within TIB. Start-up banks will receive TIBLink FREE of charge for your first six months of operation.

Wire Transfer

Your institution will receive significant discounts on domestic and international wires for the first six months of operation. See your TIB Representative for details.

Check Clearing/Remote Deposit Capture

TIB will provide you with forward presentment of your non-image Cash Letter items. In addition, you will receive a significant discount on the start-up cost for Remote Deposit Capture.

Investment Services

TIB will provide your new bank with FREE Safekeeping and Bond Accounting services for the first six months of operation. We will also provide you with our state of the art A/L Management solution, ALX, for 50% off during the first year of operation.

Card Services

With more than 1.2 million cards in circulation, TIB offers one of the nation's largest and most successful community bank card programs. In fact, one out of every ten community banks in the U.S. relies upon TIB for at least one of their card products. For De Novo banks, we will waive start-up fees for all Card Programs during the first six months of operation.

Monthly Check-Ups
