Certificates of Deposit – "Index Plus" CD's
Index Plus CD's are fixed rate, fixed term instruments that are indexed to the current Federal Funds target rate, on date of issuance for short-term deposits not to exceed one year. Long-term deposits, not to exceed 30 months, are indexed to the two-year Treasury yield, based on the previous days' close of business.
